No Refund Policy
At Divine Designs TVL, all products are processed based on customer orders. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are not available once an order has been placed or processed.
Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
Exchange Policy
To request an exchange, customers must provide a 360° unboxing video of the product along with clear photos and order details within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. Exchange requests will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Product damaged during delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
- The request must be made within the specified timeframe
